Terms of Service
Last updated June 23, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Unanimous Cannabis Co-op LLC (“Unanimous Cannabis”, “Unanimous”, “we,” “us,” or “our”), a cannabis retailer licensed by the Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management (OCM), License No. MICRO-L24-000422, located at 2835 Hennepin Ave S, Suite C, Minneapolis, MN 55408. By entering this website, confirming that you are 21 or older, placing an order, or visiting our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
1. You must be 21 or older
Minnesota law restricts the purchase and possession of adult-use cannabis to individuals 21 years of age or older. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We verify age at two points:
- Online: by confirming your age before you enter the site and view our menu.
- In store, at pickup or purchase: we check a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID for every transaction, every time, no exceptions. Acceptable proof of age is limited to a valid driver’s license or identification card issued by Minnesota, another U.S. state, or a Canadian province (showing your photo and date of birth); a valid U.S. passport, or for a foreign national, a valid passport from their home country; a valid Tribal identification card; or a valid Minnesota instructional permit issued to a person of legal age, as required by Minnesota Statutes section 342.27.
You must present the original, physical document showing your photo and date of birth. We cannot accept a digital or mobile ID (including identification stored in a phone wallet), or a photo or photocopy of an ID. Everyone in your party must present a valid, unexpired 21-or-older photo ID, including any companions, even if they are not making a purchase, because our premises is restricted to adults 21 and older. If we cannot verify that you are 21 or older, we will not complete the sale. We do not sell to, or knowingly market to, anyone under 21.
2. No medical advice; health and safety
Information on this website is provided for general and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Cannabis affects people differently. Nothing here is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider, and we make no claims that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. Consult a physician before using cannabis, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take other medications.
3. Ordering online and in-store pickup
Our online menu lets you browse current inventory and reserve products for in-store pickup only. We do not deliver, and we do not ship cannabis products. To place an online order, you will be asked to provide your name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth, as required by Minnesota rules for cannabis retailers.
Placing an order is a request to purchase; it is not confirmed until we accept it and you complete pickup in store. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected ineligibility, or inability to verify your age and identity at pickup. When you pick up, we will verify that the name on your ID matches your order and that you are 21 or older. Orders not picked up within 24-48 hours may be canceled and returned to inventory.
4. Pricing, availability, and product information
Our menu changes frequently, often weekly. Prices, promotions, potency, strains, and availability are subject to change without notice, and items may sell out. We work to keep product descriptions, images, lab results, and prices accurate, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free. If a product’s price or details are listed incorrectly, we may cancel the affected order and notify you. Promotional pricing and deals are available only while supplies last and may have additional conditions.
5. Payment
In store, we accept cash and debit card; an ATM is available on site. Online, we accept SweedePay, an Aeropay-powered ACH bank transfer. We accept any other legal method of payment we may offer from time to time. As required by Minnesota rule, payment for cannabis products may not be made with an electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card. Applicable Minnesota cannabis taxes and sales taxes will be added at checkout or at the register.
6. Purchase and possession limits
Minnesota law limits how much adult-use cannabis you may purchase and possess. In a single transaction, we cannot sell you more than you may lawfully possess and transport. Current statewide limits for adults 21 and older are:
- Up to 2 ounces of adult-use cannabis flower (in public);
- Up to 8 grams of adult-use cannabis concentrate; and
- Edible cannabis products containing a combined total of up to 800 milligrams of THC.
These limits may be combined across product types only up to the amounts allowed by law, and all sales are recorded in Minnesota’s statewide cannabis tracking system powered by Metrc. Limits are set by the State of Minnesota and may change; the legal limit in effect at the time of sale controls.
7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, all cannabis sales are final. Once a product leaves our store, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of cannabis products. If you believe a product is defective, mislabeled, or subject to a recall, please stop using it and contact us promptly; we will work with you and follow the applicable Minnesota recall and product-complaint procedures. You may cancel an unfulfilled online order before pickup by contacting us.
8. Responsible use and prohibited conduct
When using this website and our products, you agree that you will not:
- purchase or attempt to purchase if you are under 21 or on behalf of anyone under 21;
- resell, distribute, or transfer our products in any way that violates Minnesota law;
- provide false information, including about your age or identity;
- use the website for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse it; or
